VIP and custom requests are handled through official channels only. This policy explains how to approach properly and what to expect.

Requests are not guaranteed

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Divine Deja may accept, decline, ignore, or modify request terms at her discretion.

• Whether tribute has already been sent

Tribute and priority

Tribute may improve priority, but it does not guarantee acceptance, a reply, custom content, or private access.

Confirmation

A request is not confirmed until accepted through an official channel. Do not assume approval from an unanswered message.

Refunds and cancellations

Digital content, tribute, and custom arrangements may be non-refundable once accepted, started, delivered, or accessed, depending on the platform and confirmed terms. Add platform-specific refund rules where applicable.

Respect and boundaries

Disrespect, spam, threats, harassment, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass official channels may result in blocked access.
